DANCING DRAGONFLIES FINISHED

Yet another kwilt is completed.

"Dancing Dragonflies" is a kwilt I now have in my
yellow, white and gray decorated bedroom

It all began in January when I pulled
20 "Lemon Tree" Berntex FQs from my stash.

The original Turning 20 Pattern is my favorite

to use with fabric that needs to stand alone
and it is QUICK, EASY and a good size!

Although I have used my Bernina to kwilt other Kwilts from this pattern
I long armed kwilted this one...
You can see the backing on the top roller.  Black/gray with
a horizontal insert in a lighter gray (more stash)

used black thread in a simple meander
just dancing along with the dragonflies.

added binding and  "Dancing Dragonflies" is finished!

  1. very nice, yellow and black work so well together and you certainly have a lovely selection of fabrics here. Like the blocks used too, will try and work out what they are, maybe I will try this one day too.
