THE ‘GO WITH GOD’ BAG

Over the Christmas Holidays

I began making A Place for Everything Bag.

The first time I saw it another Quilter had made it.

I said, " Oh my…I have to make that bag."

She replied "Go With God!"

That scared me but also intrigued me.

Sew I began gathering all the pieces and parts

to begin this challenge!

I knew I wanted to use some OOP Ghastlies Fabrics 

That didn’t have the characters on them.

I broke it down into sections that I knew I had the skill set to finish.

Like cutting and labeling the pieces

Lots of pieces and parts to this one.

I was taking it very slow.

I quilted everything that needed quilted.

Made the biased binding.

Some new skills for me, like zipper tape

And putting in the slides.

LOTS of sticky notes just trying to stay organized.

I went slow and didn’t sew on it every day.

It’s coming along, sorta!

I’ll stopped to work on other projects.
